Leo and Kara first met in the main elevator of Ocean Park Hospital. She made fun of him and Jordi for being in wheelchairs and then she caught Leo checking her out. He invites her to a party on the roof to say goodbye to Jordi's leg before his surgery. She caves in after Leo talks too much. From that point on, they've had minimal flirting and Kara's cold disposition starts to break a bit.
